The box arrived wrinkled, but everything inside is fine. The plug is Chinese, but it comes with an EU adapter. Very good at steaming. One of the most useful purchases, especially if there is no ironing board and a proper iron. This steamer is for items that have a label stating they cannot be ironed. On thin fabric, creases are removed instantly; on thick fabric, it takes a little more time.
